Mallory has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017. She attended the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga’s 675-hr program in 2016-2017. Mallory’s endeavors with massage began much before her official training – growing up practicing on friends and family since she was a young teen. In college, she was a part of the school’s Wellness Program, taking informative workshops and practicing bodywork on fellow students 15 hours a week.
Mallory is passionate about the healing arts, and fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself through relaxation, release, reconditioning, and emotional relinquishing. She is excited to be on the journey of learning healing through natural therapies.
Mallory’s massage is integrative and caters to each client’s specific needs. Generally, she focuses on deeper, therapeutic work and incorporates trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, Swedish techniques and energy work.
